Here’s how it works
Discovery Meeting
We start by discussing your needs with an advisor. We’ll get to know what issues are most salient for you, what your priorities are, and perform an advancement audit. Following the audit, we’ll create a 52-week plan together to reach your goals.
Execution Plan
After your discovery call, the Syllabus Media team will create a 52-week comprehensive plan that addresses fundraising, enrollment and alumni engagement. We’ll include a calculator tailored to your advancement goals that will help determine how many donors to approach and at what giving level to make the request.
Campaign and Media Management
Once you’re happy with the plan, we handle the execution. Our plan includes a strategy for donors, students, and alumni.
Ongoing Coaching and Training
As a client, you’ll have monthly coaching calls and weekly office hours with an assigned advisor. Designed to help you practice your pitch, brainstorm a new strategy or sort through any roadblocks, office hours ensure that you’re well-equipped to handle anything.
